Are Fayoumi chickens rare?

Lately, I've heard many people talking about fayoumi chickens. Where did these chickens come from? Are fayoumi chickens peaceful?

Meanwhile, why do many people say the fayoumi chicken breed is rare? Is that true? Or are there other chicken breeds that are more rare?

Fayoumi is a chicken originating from Egypt that is believed to be one of the ancient chicken breeds. On the other hand, the personality of this chicken breed is as friendly as any other chicken breed, only, fayoumi has a slightly careless personality. HEHE.

Actually, fayoumi chicken is not that rare if you ask me, it's just not that famous in other parts of the world. One of the rare chicken breeds is the Holland chicken.

Fayoumi Chicken, or Egyptian Fayoumi, is a type of chicken that originated in Egypt and measures 1.9 to 2.8 inches. This bipedal chicken-like animal has one comb with flat serrations. It also has red ear lobes and wattles. The Egyptian Fayoumi can produce up to 150 eggs.
